Refunds and Exchanges
Buy from Party Kingdom's online store with confidence. We offer a ‘100 Day No Worries’ exchange policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase you can exchange any products purchased withing a 100 days of purchase provided it is unopened and in a resalable condition. You must contact customer service and return the products back to Party Kingdom within 100 days of receipt of your delivery. Valid proof of purchase is required.
If an item is faulty or damaged or not as described you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight on receipt and inspection of the goods. Include a note indicating the problem with the item, and supply a copy of the tax invoice.Our refunds are processed on a weekly basis from date of shippment. If you have not received your refund within 7 business days, please contact email@example.com.
